Grumpy Gators hit the spot after a great morning of scalloping. Shared a basket of fries with a friend then got a fried Grouper sandwich. My lips wanted to slap my momma that’s how good it was. Nice crunchy, golden brown crust, with the perfect amount of seasoning. Grouper was hot and delicious. Washed it down with an ice cold beer. Life is good!

Good Lord that was amazing! I ordered the Reuben. I also ordered the salad bar. The salad bar was a little tiny thing, but I wanted a salad. Even though it was small, it was mighty. It had some of the best macaroni salad I've had in a while. Meats, cheese all kinds of goodies. It also had loaded baked potato soup that was to die for. The Reuben was huge and so delicious. I had to bring half of it home because I just couldn't fit it all in my belly at 1 time. But I wanted to. I told the owner ( she was cooking today) that I wish I could put her in my back pocket and take her home with me for whenever I wanted her delicious food... highly recommend, if you're going down 19 and you see an old, grumpy lookin restaurant on the side of the road that's the spot, Grumpy Gators. The service was great. Everyone was real friendly. Definitely old Florida.

I ordered the fish & chips. My wife ordered the Philly cheese. The fish & chips were okay. It would have been nice to be able to substitute out the coleslaw. My wife enjoyed her Philly. The place had a good atmosphere, the lighting and table situation were satisfactory. l noticed there were a few tables full, enjoying themselves. I probably would stop in again. It would be nice if the waitress was a little warmer, maybe a smile.

If you're going up or down US 19 near Homosassa, you must go here! If you're not, if a way to get there. Food... EXCELLENT and so much you won't believe it. The folks are really nice, and they have outdoor an area for bands and entertaining. This place is SUPER ! They don't have a sign by the road, but you'll see the saloon with all the trucks. Enjoy! And Tiffany Rocks!!

Our waitress was full of knowledge about IPA!! Was able to try a few new drinks. Plus Saturdays are two dollar bloody marys. They are pretty good. Our waitress also suggested we try to prime rib hoagie. Top notch!! A Then we ordered the sausage hoagie!!! OMG, nice sausage patty that actually fit the whole bun. Packed full of flavor. I was impressed. Can't wait to see it after the remodel. We will be back.

My husband and I have eaten here on a number of occasions, after finally deciding to give it a try. The pictures I'm posting are from more than one meal and don't encompass everything we've tried. The pizza is next level good (we've gotten it multiple times). My husband loves the burgers. Last time I ordered a Cuban. Oh, my heavens, it was delicious. This restaurant has become one of our favorites.
